The Department of Home Affairs decides whether to refuse or approve the visa applications of applicants
If your visa application has been refused by the Department of Home Affairs, you may be eligible to appeal the decision, by requesting a review from the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT).
In order to appeal the refusal of a visa application, you will need to apply for a review within the timeframes stated by the DHA and the AAT.
Our experienced migration agents are able to answer your questions on the application for review and we can assist you with every step of the appeal process.
